By accessing or using Signal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signal is a marketwatch app. The Service allows users to add symbols to a watchlist and track live prices. The Service does not provide investment advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Marketwatch-only scope

The Service scope is limited to marketwatch functionality (symbol add/remove and live price tracking). Any language outside this scope should not be interpreted as an available feature.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service without permission.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Misuse or scrape marketwatch data in violation of applicable law.

6. Market data

Signal displays live and historical market data from NSE and BSE. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Signal is not liable for any decisions made based on data displayed through the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Signal is not an investment advisory service. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
