Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all personal data we hold about you. Here is how the process works.
What gets deleted
- ✓Your user account and login credentials
- ✓Personal profile information
- ✓Marketwatch symbol list and related preferences
- ✓Push notification tokens and device identifiers
- ✓Session and login history
- ✓Any preferences or settings saved to your account
What may be retained
Certain anonymised or aggregated records may be retained for up to 3 years where required for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes. These records will not identify you personally.
How to request deletion
Email us at 0sahil.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your user ID and server name.
We will confirm your identity within 2 business days to ensure the request is genuine and not made by a third party.
Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We will send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete. Audit logs required by law may be retained in anonymised form for up to 3 years.
